RETURNING/EXCHANGING AN ITEM
- If your product didn't work out that you received from us, you can return the product to us within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund/exchange if the product is unused. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Products are returned at your own cost.
- All products must have all original tags and labels along with no hair/dirt/marks. Please clean them if necessary.
- All products that do not follow our policy may result in a non-refund/partial-refund up to a $5 deduction and can ultimately be sent back to customer.
- You will receive an email confirmation from us once your return has been received and processed.
- Refunds will go back though payment used for purchase and can take up to 3-5 days.
K9 SPORT SACK WARRANTY
- The duration of K9 Sport Sack's warranty is 30 days from receiving your purchase.
- The warranty only includes defects and malfunctions. If a defect/malfunction occurs within the warranty period, K9 Sport Sack will replace/refund the item. Warranty does not cover dissatisfied customers or dogs.
- Please contact us immediately if there is a defect/malfunction. If a defect/malfunction occurs in the warranty period but customer contacts us after the warranty period, there is no coverage.
- Any dog over 30lbs in the K9 Sport Sack will void the warranty
- K9 Sport Sack reserves the right to introduce new products at any time. Products received cannot be exchanged for new/updated products under any circumstance.
- For International orders, shipping can vary from 2-5 weeks. Once your order arrives in the country of destination, it may be subject to the country's taxes and custom duties. For those countries that charge taxes and duties on imported goods, K9 Sport Sack is not responsible for collecting/charging these fees. Therefore, it is the duty of the customer to be aware of charges that may occur at time of delivery/pickup for imported goods.
