Returns/Exchanges and Warranty

STOP! Before you consider returning the K9 Sport Sack for whatever reason, please give our customer support team a call so we can help!

We are dog people here at K9 and we want you to have the best time with your pup.

To start your return/exchange please follow the steps below: 

  1. Clean all items.  All returns must be in "like-new" condition and be free of all fur/hair/dirt and with tags still attached. Products not adhering to this policy may result in an additional cleaning/processing fee up to 20% of the item’s retail value. Please note K9 Sport Sack® does not refund shipping fees for returns (Exceptions are exchanges). 
  2. Click on the link below to make a return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your total refund. EXCHANGES are the only exception. If you prefer not to have this deduction from your refund you may purchase your own return label and send the item back to the below address.
  3. If you are submitting an exchange please include a note on the inside of the package stating what size/color you want in exchange for the same model.

  4. Put the items you are returning in "like-new" condition into a box or bag and place the shipping label on the outside. Drop your package off at your local USPS store. 
  5. Wait 1-2 weeks for shipping of the item and processing to receive a refund/exchange (If you would prefer not to wait for an exchange please simply order the item you would like and submit a return for refund.) 

Custom Products, Waterproofing, Closeouts/Clearance items, and Shipping Insurance are non-returnable/refundable or exchangeable.

Policy and Guidelines for Returns


  • All returns for refund must be postmarked within 60 days from the date of receipt. They must be in "like-new" condition. 
  • All exchanges and store credits must be postmarked within 60 days from the date of receipt.
  • International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping of product(s). If an exchange is being requested K9 Sport Sack® will cover the shipping cost of the new exchanged product being shipped out to the customer. K9 Sport Sack will not be responsible for any additional taxes or fees.
  • Customers are responsible for their own packaging materials for returns.
    • An email confirmation will be sent once the return has been received and processed as one of the following:
        • Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt. Exchanges may be made up to 60 days from date of purchase. If an upgrade has been requested the shipment will not be sent until the difference is paid.
        • Store credits will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card upon receipt of the returned item(s). Store credit may be issued up to 60 days from date of purchase.
        • Refunds must be submitted/returned within 60 days of purchase. The refund will be applied to the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 days to post to your account. K9 Sport Sack® does not refund shipping fees. If you use the K9 Sport return label the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

    • Warranty coverage includes, but is not limited too, manufacturer defects, product malfunctions, sizing issues and incompatible dog personalities within 60 days of purchase.
    • The warranty does not cover damage caused by pet’s chewing, tearing or other defacement as well as common wear from use, or the use with dogs that exceed the weight and height limits set for each model.

    New Products

    K9 Sport Sack® reserves the right to introduce new products at any time without advance notice.  Warranty coverage does not include returning an older product for a newer version.
