Return/exchange policy is not accurate. I reached out asking for an exchange on a patch that I accidentally ordered the wrong color. The associate told me that they do not do exchanges on patches. This is MISLEADING as nowhere in the exchange policy does it state that they do not do exchanges on patches. Please update your return and exchange policies so people are not being misled. Thank you
