I took a little while for me to figure iut how to use it but my dog is comfortable in it and thats the main thing. I have a beagle terrier and the medium is a little to big just to give a size preference.

This pack is sweet! Not only as a dog carrier but as a general pack, too. I like to take it with me on hikes with my pug. Incase he gets too tired, I can just put in the pack!
I first bought the medium size, which was a bit too small for my pug. Exchanging it for a large was incredibly simple and the support was friendly!
This os my first dog backpack from k9 and I love it. It has a lot of space to put your stuff. My only recommendation would be to have a summer and winter version because I have a French bulldog and she overheats easily. The bag does have two vents you can unzip however I wish that more of the backpack had these vents. Maybe the winter version would have an optional sliding cover or something for the vents to stay warm. Also, for summertime, the laptop compartment could be a cooling pad that the dogs belly would rest on. I would probably get one size larger than what your dog needs measurement wise though.

Fits my bug doodle well. He's pushing it on the size but only weighs 65lbs. He was a good boy for getting in and i think he even had fun.
